Role Overview

This full-time on-site position in Mysore involves managing comprehensive 5-star luxury hotel construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and timeline, collaborating closely with internal teams, hotel brand stakeholders, and clients. A key component of the role includes employing Kaël, Inkers’ AI-powered project intelligence system, to monitor site progress, evaluate schedule and cost risks, and automate reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and hotel brand representatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource distribution throughout design, construction, and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of luxury hospitality builds.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality aligned with 5-star brand and guest experience standards.
• Utilize Kaël to monitor project metrics, anticipate delays and cost pressures, and facilitate stakeholder alignment on site realities.
• Maintain effective communication among all teams, stakeholders, and clients by providing regular progress updates and AI-generated reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to hospitality brand requirements, safety, quality protocols, and statutory approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform post-project assessments to inform continuous improvement initiatives for future developments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably involving 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality construction projects.
• Background in the Construction Industry or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Zoho Projects; familiarity with AI-based construction intelligence tools like Kaël is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership skills to oversee multiple hospitality projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude alongside outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly in adhering to hotel brand standards and delivering superior guest experiences.
• Professional certifications like PMP are desirable.
• Willingness to be based full-time on-site in Mysore.
