Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect and analyze both business and technical requirements, ensuring they align with client goals and the company's overarching strategy.
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of innovative solutions for various products and projects, guiding high-performing teams through both delivery and ongoing support stages.
- Champion the integration of new technologies to keep solutions modern, competitive, and compliant with stringent quality standards.
- Review and endorse architectural and design outputs, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural principles, and relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Set up and sustain governance frameworks for technical solutions to guarantee sustainability and conformity with industry standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities to team members to build technical capabilities and reduce risks in project delivery.
- Encourage a culture focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams and the wider organization.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technology projects.
- Strong background in technical architecture, solution design, and technology strategy development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Proven capability to lead and develop technical teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycles, agile methods, and current technological trends.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or equivalents are highly advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and clients.
- Familiarity with cloud-native systems, microservices architectures, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and informed decision-making abilities.
