Role Objective

The Project Management Officer / Business Analyst will facilitate the delivery of a SAP Production Master Data project by orchestrating all project activities, documenting manufacturing processes, enhancing data quality, and ensuring seamless alignment between manufacturing, business, and IT stakeholders.

Key Duties

• Support project planning, governance, and execution activities.
• Organize workshops, meetings, and follow-up sessions.
• Create and maintain project documents, progress reports, and minutes.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and interdependencies.
• Analyze and document existing manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and update process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
• Detect and propose process optimization and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to harmonizing business processes across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Assist with SAP Production Master Data tasks, addressing BOMs, production plans, and master data management.
• Improve data governance and quality within SAP environments.
• Engage with Manufacturing, Operations, Business, and IT departments effectively.
• Lead workshops to capture business requirements clearly.
• Ensure transparent communication between technical and business units.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Prior roles as PMO, Business Analyst, or Process Analyst.
• Previous involvement with SAP systems, especially in manufacturing contexts.
• Familiarity with Production Master Data management, Bills of Materials, and production planning.
• Strong competencies in documentation, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven analytical capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in manufacturing transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methods.
• Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) modules.
• Proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
