About the Role
We are inviting driven, analytical professionals to join our project management and corporate strategy team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, providing the chance to engage in impactful strategic initiatives and business transformation programs that fuel growth and operational effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering key strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and outputs.
- Undertake market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to guide strategic choices.
- Evaluate business performance, financial metrics, and KPIs.
- Create business cases, offer strategic insights, and prepare presentations for executives.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful completion.
- Work cross-functionally to align business priorities with corporate strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and support optimization efforts.
- Generate project status reports, dashboards, and updates for senior leadership.
- Contribute to corporate planning, organizational development, and business transformation efforts.
- Organize meetings, document action items, and facilitate follow-ups on deliverables.
- Use data-driven analysis to back business expansion and strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree fields include Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in project management, strategy, consulting, business analysis, or operations is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent at project coordination, organizational skills, and time management.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Notion is beneficial.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini is an advantage.
