Parexel’s Biotech Division provides specialized opportunities for experienced Project Management professionals with a background in managing global clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas. This group is dedicated exclusively to serving Biotech clients by offering comprehensive support tailored to their unique requirements. This position suits industry professionals who appreciate flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving to effectively support these clients.
Responsibilities
Positions available include Project Director, Project Leader (PM), and Senior Project Leader (SPM) for individuals with experience overseeing global studies in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Rare Diseases.
Selected candidates will lead project teams, overseeing daily operations while aiming for operational excellence by ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and maintaining the highest quality standards to exceed client expectations.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should hold at least an undergraduate degree in clinical or health-related fields, with advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of two years' experience managing global clinical trials within CROs, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies is required. Experience must include project scheduling, resource and budget management, team coordination, and familiarity with the complete clinical development lifecycle through regulatory submissions. More senior roles require additional years of relevant experience.
Key Competencies
Success in this role demands flexibility, strong problem-solving abilities, and strategic insight. Attention to detail, proficiency with computer tools, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
