About the Role
The Project Leadership team at Parexel plays a vital role in ensuring the success of clinical research projects for clients, directly impacting study outcomes and patient benefits. This position is part of the Global Project Leadership group, focusing on the Biotech Division, which serves clients developing breakthrough therapies across multiple therapeutic areas, including respiratory diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams by managing daily operations to consistently achieve on-time, high-quality project delivery within budget constraints. Provide tailored support to Biotech clients, accommodating their distinctive needs through innovative and flexible solutions. Drive operational excellence in global clinical trials and maintain effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in clinical or health-related fields is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing global clinical trials in Project Management within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Biotech, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and team coordination.
- Comprehensive understanding of the clinical development lifecycle, including regulatory submission processes.
- Additional experience is essential for senior roles such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, or Project Director.
- Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal and computer competencies.
