Role Overview

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized institution.
Possess at least seven years of legal experience, with three years in project leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of technology law including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation.
Capability to simplify and translate legal information into practical business strategies for non-legal audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experienced in utilizing legal research instruments and compliance frameworks.
