Project Engineer ELV/AV Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer specializing in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and AV (Audio-Visual) systems to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing ELV and AV projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ELV/AV projects including planning, execution, and successful delivery.
• Engage and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow.
• Supervise on-site installation activities, carry out system testing and commissioning, and manage project handovers efficiently.
• Analyze and validate technical drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and other project documentation.
• Track project milestones, maintain quality control, manage material supply, and oversee all site-related operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and final handover files.
• Ensure all project components meet approval standards, specifications, and delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience of 6 to 8 years in ELV/AV project engineering with detailed knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and AV equipment.
• Demonstrated practical skills in ELV project execution including system testing, commissioning, and fault diagnosis.
• Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder coordination skills.
• Capability to supervise site operations and handle interactions with multiple parties.
