Role Overview and Responsibilities

This leadership role is designed for an experienced Project Director or Senior Project Manager to support and expand Sigma's education project management offerings across New South Wales. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison for clients, oversee project execution from planning through construction, manage consultants, contractors, risk assessments, regular reporting, and stakeholder expectations. Additional duties include fostering business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and enhancing Sigma's education project delivery capabilities.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior project management on the client side, exceptional communication and stakeholder coordination skills, and preferably experience within education, governmental, or institutional projects. Independence, a professional demeanor, and a commercial perspective aimed at business development are key attributes for success in this role.
