This opportunity is for a Project Coordinator working within a healthcare and pharmaceutical agency based in the United States. You will coordinate projects from initiation through completion, helping keep timelines, workflows, budgets, and deliverables organized and aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily project operations including managing timelines, updating statuses, routing project tasks, and operational tracking.
  • Support project managers and account teams by coordinating deliverables, setting priorities, and sustaining team communications.
  • Manage project setup, tracking, and reporting using dedicated project management systems.
  • Contribute to budget monitoring and reporting while collaborating with project, account, and finance teams.
  • Organize and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and internal discussions.
  • Maintain well-organized project documentation and ensure compliance with established workflows and processes.
  • Communicate project updates, resource requirements, and potential obstacles with guidance from senior members.
  • Identify and escalate risks by monitoring project progress and aiding teams to develop solutions.
  • Learn agency structures, client expectations, healthcare industry protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development programs to enhance project management capabilities.
  • Promote a collaborative culture emphasizing accountability, quality, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience is preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational aptitude capable of juggling several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Mac OS environments.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new tools, procedures, and project management techniques.
