Job description
Role overview
This position is for an experienced Operations Coordinator in Jeddah who will help manage manpower activities and support client-specific requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the movement of workers in and out of assignments, including both mobilization and demobilization.
- Arrange staff transportation and support day-to-day site operations.
- Identify suitable manpower and deploy personnel according to client demand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring services are delivered on time.
- Compile operational updates, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Manage client-facing communication and routine administrative work.
Requirements
- Candidates must already be located in Jeddah.
- A valid Saudi driving licence is mandatory.
- An owned vehicle is required for this role.
- Previous experience in manpower operations or with a manpower supply company is needed.
- Good communication and coordination abilities are essential.
