Role overview

This is a full-time remote position focused on keeping complex programs organized and moving forward. The work supports mission-driven initiatives that connect innovation with practical impact, especially in programs tied to medical solutions for service members and related stakeholders.

The position blends contract coordination, project administration, and operational support. You will partner with leadership, internal teams, and outside collaborators from government, industry, and academia to help ensure programs stay aligned, compliant, and on schedule.

The estimated compensation is $70,000, based on experience.

Contracts and program coordination

  • Assist with managing contracts, subcontracts, and associated records.
  • Support proposal coordination, award handling, invoice-related tasks, and end-of-project closeout.
  • Monitor deliverables, key milestones, funding activity, and reporting deadlines.
  • Keep contract documentation well organized, accurate, and compliant.

Administrative and operational support

  • Provide everyday support to program leadership and team members.
  • Arrange meetings with internal staff, government contacts, and external partners.
  • Contribute to special assignments and strategic program efforts.
  • Help execute program activities and support overall operational success.
