Overview

This role involves leading technology, data, and AI-powered programs with a major emphasis on managing the human aspects of change within a global asset management company's ambitious multi-year transformation towards an AI-enabled frontier operating model. The position requires managing complex, cross-functional transformations that embed sustainable changes across processes, technology, data, and operating models. The work schedule includes being onsite in Dublin City Centre four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of intricate, cross-departmental transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, cross-functional vendors, and complex dependencies.
  • Manage governance, risk, and dependencies across program portfolios to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Drive integration-heavy initiatives that require coordination among multiple third-party providers and operational changes.
  • Utilize modern delivery tools, automation, and analytics to enhance transparency and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across business units, securing alignment between strategic goals and execution through effective expectation management.
  • Deliver and maintain rigor, repeatable governance structures, and effective delivery frameworks across the transformation portfolio.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience leading change management activities including training design and delivery, communication planning and execution, and establishing user groups and champion networks.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Extensive programme management experience with a proven history of success managing large-scale programmes with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong background delivering technology, data, and AI programmes with a focus on people-centric adoption and measurable outcomes such as improved usage and quicker proficiency.
  • Experience in financial services, with asset management or funds industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Ability to skillfully lead diverse and complex stakeholders, including running steering committee meetings and managing senior business and technology relationships.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and application of AI technologies, using AI tools in daily work to enhance programme execution, playbook creation, communication, and reporting.

Additional Information

The role is embedded within the Product, Technology & Data organization and demands practical use of modern technology, including AI, to foster operational excellence. This is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ireland, requiring four days onsite per week to drive forward the organizational transformation strategically and practically.
