About the Program and Location
This role is for the SIP MI-Kids program based at 44/1 RMS Colony, Alpha Nagar 1st Cross, Karumandapam, Tiruchirappalli - 620001. The position requires fluency in both English and Tamil.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold any undergraduate degree, with preference given to degrees in English or BA Literature. Experience ranging from 1 to 2 years is expected. Essential skills include strong communication abilities, effective presentation skills, and basic competence in Microsoft Excel. The candidate must be willing to travel locally to schools.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for teachers on effectively implementing the MI-Kids curriculum in their classrooms.
- Perform classroom observations to assess the program's impact on children.
- Deliver refresher training sessions to teachers as necessary based on observations and feedback.
- Enhance business growth by demonstrating value to school management to maximize engagement with existing schools.
- Manage and support approximately 40 to 50 schools involved in the program.
- Travel within city limits including Trichy, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai, and Thanjavur districts.
