Program / Project Management Lead – AI & New Product Introduction (NPI)

About the Role

This position is for a seasoned Program / Project Management Lead who can steer end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation-led delivery. The role is central to speeding up product development, coordinating smoothly with international teams, and helping launch products that create clear business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle delivery of NPI and prototype programs, making sure scope, timelines, quality standards, and business goals stay on track.
• Build and maintain program plans, governance structures, project schedules, and executive-level reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, product management, partners, and channel organizations in Singapore, India, and Europe.
• Convert business needs into practical delivery plans using a data-led and AI-aware approach.
• Spot and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations, and put mitigation actions in place early.
• Monitor program performance through KPIs, milestones, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Support clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and transparency across distributed global teams.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation-focused delivery methods.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong program and project management capability, along with hands-on experience in NPI, product lifecycle management, product development, and launch execution. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working, roadmap planning, governance, and reporting is important.

Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts is required, especially in the context of AI-enabled business solutions and digital products. Experience in technology, software, digital, or product engineering environments will be valuable, as will the ability to make decisions based on data.

In addition, the role calls for strength in risk management, dependency handling, problem-solving, resource planning, budget oversight, timeline control, and performance tracking. Preferred credentials include PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation programs, product commercialization, go-to-market initiatives, partner ecosystems, and channel operations will be an added advantage.

The position is based in Singapore and is offered on a contract basis with onsite work.
