Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on steering IT4IT programmes from planning through delivery, with close attention to governance, coordination, and delivery discipline. The role ensures that work stays aligned with agreed processes, timelines, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of multiple IT programmes.
- Keep track of programme milestones, schedules, and delivery priorities.
- Build governance packs and prepare status updates for management.
- Monitor risks, issues, cross-team dependencies, and related escalation steps.
- Work with IT delivery teams to make sure the end-to-end delivery approach and quality checkpoints are followed.
Experience and Knowledge Needed
- At least 7 years of background in programme or project management.
- Solid understanding of project delivery methods and governance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP would be an advantage.
- Previous exposure to ServiceNow SPM is preferred.
