Role Overview
This position is centered on overseeing demand intake and examining business workflows for IT4IT initiatives. It serves as the link between operational needs and technical delivery, helping ensure that solutions support the wider business direction.
Core Responsibilities
- Collect, clarify, and record both business-side and IT-side demand.
- Assess the present state and desired future state of processes, systems, and data.
- Create business cases and formal documentation of business requirements.
- Keep backlog records and demand logs accurate and current.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in business analysis.
- Proven background in gathering demand and preparing requirements documentation.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is required.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to ServiceNow SPM will be an advantage.
Additional Information
- QIA Reference Level: Level 2.
- Success is measured by demand documentation being completed and approved without significant rework.
- Analysis deliverables should help guide prioritization and solution design.
- Backlog and lifecycle records must be maintained correctly and kept up to date.
