Program Manager, AMET Region - Global Specialty Fulfillment

Role Overview

Amazon's Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF) team seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead regional program initiatives across Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) focused on expanding Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative data-driven solutions addressing organization's broader challenges.
• Adopt a holistic view to analyze and enhance business operations, coordinating improvements across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize and execute improvement programs from conception through completion.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize operational performance across all programs.

Typical Daily Activities

Manage and implement creative, analytics-based changes to Amazon processes through improvement projects. Use strategic planning for efficient project execution. Depending on team needs, work location may be onsite or remote.

Address complex problems with creativity, leadership, and innovation. Beyond process optimization, engage in initiatives supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team

The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) unit encompasses specialized fulfillment services including Heavy and Bulky items, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries, and UAF channels. These channels enable order fulfillment directly from vendor or seller warehouses, greatly expanding selection while maintaining Amazon's Prime customer experience standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years collaborating cross-functionally with technology and non-technology teams.
• 3+ years implementing data-driven process improvements using metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data to guide enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years managing end-to-end project delivery and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Proven success in driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse organizational levels.
• Competence in process design, project management, and schedule creation.
