About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Program Manager to oversee the execution of multifaceted programs, coordinate several interrelated projects, and ensure the successful accomplishment of key business initiatives. This role demands effective handling of program planning, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and performance tracking to meet strategic goals. The Program Manager will collaborate extensively with senior executives, project leads, business heads, technical teams, and external collaborators to deliver impactful programs supporting corporate growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, management, and completion of complex programs in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Formulate program roadmaps detailing objectives, schedules, budgets, governance policies, and success indicators.
- Synchronize multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-disciplinary teams to guarantee program success.
- Oversee management of risks, issues, dependencies, and changes within programs.
- Implement program governance procedures, reporting systems, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project outcomes align with overall program goals.
- Maintain active engagement with executive stakeholders by delivering updates, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Manage allocation of program resources, budgeting, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery of programs.
- Support organizational shifts, including digital transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Create comprehensive executive reports, dashboards, and performance assessments.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Foster an organizational culture characterized by collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence in delivery.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of program management methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and governance principles.
- Documented experience in handling complex programs featuring multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Advanced strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and sound decision-making skills.
- Expertise in managing budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or blended delivery models.
- Proficiency in program and project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
- Capability to influence senior leadership and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in leading business transformation, technology integration, or enterprise-wide programs is a plus.
- Professionalism, strong ethical standards, adaptability, and accountability.
- Certifications in program management like PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
