About the Role
We are hiring a Program Advisor for a leading edtech company based in Jaipur. This role focuses on inside sales, primarily targeting tech education courses. The position is ideal for candidates with at least six months of sales experience in academic programs. The role requires excellent communication capabilities and is open to individuals up to 37 years old. The fixed compensation can go up to 7 LPA, complemented by unlimited performance-based incentives. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a rotating weekly day off.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell education programs to prospective students.
- Engage actively with potential leads to convey program details and secure enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed set monthly sales and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in selling academic or edtech programs.
- Proficient communication and persuasive skills in English.
- Strong motivation to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Experience in B2C sales, preferably with an inside sales or telesales background.
