The Groomsmen Salon is a high-end men's grooming facility situated in Oud Metha, Dubai, within the Lamcy Residence Building. Offering a contemporary, professional, and inviting setting, the salon provides a broad range of grooming services performed by an experienced international team.

Services available include traditional and fade haircuts, beard trimming and styling, classic hot towel shaves, hair coloring, keratin and other hair treatments, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and various additional men's grooming services. Convenience is enhanced by parking availability both in front and at the rear of the building.

Job Role

The salon seeks a skilled and professional Barber/Men's Hairdresser to deliver superior haircutting, styling, beard grooming, shaving, coloring, and hair treatment services adhering to the salon's premium standards. The role involves client interaction to understand their needs and providing tailored grooming recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute men's haircuts including classic, fade, skin fade, taper fade, and contemporary styles.
• Offer beard grooming services such as trimming, shaping, line-ups, and traditional hot towel shaves.
• Provide hair coloring services including application, grey coverage, color correction, and maintenance advice.
• Conduct hair and scalp consultations prior to coloring or chemical treatments to evaluate hair condition and suitability.
• Perform keratin and smoothing treatments following precise preparation and application protocols.
• Ensure correct and safe use of hair colorants, keratin, and treatment products.
• Style and finish hair with attention to client preferences.
• Advise clients on optimal hairstyles, beard styles, color choices, and hair treatments.
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong client relationships.
• Recommend appropriate grooming and aftercare products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to salon safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support other grooming services (facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure) if qualified.
• Collaborate with salon team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 3,200.
• Retention of 100% tips earned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Verified experience as a professional Barber or Men's Hairdresser.
• Expertise in classic haircuts, multiple fade techniques, and beard care.
• Hands-on knowledge of men's hair coloring techniques, including color selection and grey coverage.
• Familiarity with keratin and smoothing treatments and their safe application.
• Ability to assess hair condition for chemical treatments.
• High standards of hygiene and punctuality.
• Effective communication skills, preferably in English.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Experience working in an international team environment.
• Prior work in premium barber shops or men’s grooming salons in Dubai/UAE is advantageous.
• Additional grooming skills such as facials, waxing, manicure, or pedicure are considered beneficial.
