Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves working efficiently in a high-paced production environment preparing products to a form ready for sale. The job frequently involves repetitive tasks and may require handling tools such as knives or scissors. Employees are expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and perform duties as directed by supervisors.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The position requires adaptability to varying temperatures, including warm, humid conditions and cold environments ranging from 32 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Tasks are often performed in wet or moist settings amid noisy surroundings. Employees must be capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical activities including grasping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Proper lifting techniques must be used to lift weights of 10 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Compliance with wearing all necessary personal protective gear is mandatory, as is tolerance to exposure to chemicals within OSHA limits.

Additional Conditions

Working extended hours, including holidays and weekends, may be required. Maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures regarding job performance and attendance is compulsory.
