Position Details
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for day and afternoon shifts at our St. Thomas, Ontario facility. Scheduled hours are:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am (with shift premium)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery including Machine and Chopper Gun Operators to meet production goals.
- Perform all departmental tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining product quality.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safe work practices.
- Sharp attention to detail and dedication to quality and service delivery.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and capability to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrates initiative, passion, and teamwork.
- Prior manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
Hourly wages range from $22.62 to $27.06, with an additional $0.85 per hour for afternoon shift workers.
