Role Overview
This position is in a corrugated box manufacturing plant in Guelph, Ontario. The facility produces cardboard boxes for major customers, and the team is looking for people interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.
What You Will Do
As a production worker, you will help keep the line moving and support the delivery of quality boxes for customers. You will work with others to meet production goals while maintaining a safe workplace.
- Handle materials by pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, and stacking cardboard.
- Operate around different machines as part of the production flow.
- Work with the team to achieve daily output targets.
- Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
Shift Details
This role requires availability Monday to Friday for 8-hour shifts. Shifts may include day, afternoon, or night schedules depending on business requirements. The current hiring need is for the afternoon shift.
Pay and Benefits
- Base wage of $25.14 per hour.
- Afternoon shift premium of $0.50 per hour.
- Night shift premium of $0.75 per hour.
