Production Technician / Storeperson - Dry Creek, South Australia

Job Overview

If you prefer an active workplace instead of sitting at a desk, this role is designed for you. We seek a versatile, hands-on individual capable of assembling, testing, picking, and packing. This hybrid position involves working in both production and warehouse tasks, offering a diverse daily workload focused on sling and rope manufacturing as well as warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and test lifting, rigging, and safety equipment.
• Operate production machinery such as hydraulic presses and chain cutters.
• Accurately review and follow production orders and procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming warehouse goods.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with stocktakes and maintain inventory control.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or trade industries.
• Familiarity with tools, machinery, or assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Practical, hands-on skills.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Dedication to maintaining a safety-first working environment.
• Experience in heavy lifting and rigging is advantageous.
