Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore for a Production Team Member. The role supports day-to-day manufacturing activity so that output remains safe, efficient, and consistently high in quality. You will handle equipment operation and monitoring, work according to instructions and standard operating procedures, assist with moving materials and coordinating workflow, and contribute to quality checks, basic issue resolution, and prompt escalation of concerns to supervisors. The position also involves close collaboration with team members and management to meet production timelines, taking part in hands-on training, and helping maintain a tidy, organized, and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply production planning and production management knowledge to support scheduling, workflow coordination, and daily target completion.
- Clear communication skills for effective coordination with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
- Quality control capability to carry out checks, follow inspection procedures, and flag defects when needed.
- Capacity to learn quickly, follow directions, and support training or knowledge sharing within the team.
- Basic mechanical understanding or prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Comfort with safety rules, responsible use of tools and equipment, and keeping the work area organized.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a team-focused mindset in an on-site setting.
- A technical or vocational qualification, or comparable hands-on experience, will be considered an advantage.
Work Environment
This role is based in Singapore and requires on-site attendance. It is a full-time production position designed for someone who can contribute to a collaborative manufacturing team and support consistent operational standards.
