Production Team Member

About the Role

Glenn's is expanding and seeking reliable and hardworking Production Technicians to join their evening production team. This role involves operating various automated systems on the manufacturing line and supporting efficient production processes.

Shifts and Compensation

• Shift Option 1: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM
• Shift Option 2: Tuesday to Sunday, 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM
• Hourly Pay: $18.00

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the automatic labeling system
• Run automated packaging equipment
• Handle master casing of finished goods for shipment
• Maintain accurate production logs detailing machine output, productivity, and daily totals
• Monitor product quality and report any issues or production downtime
• Keep workspace clean and orderly while adhering to GMP guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive mindset and a strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual with good attendance
• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced production environment
• Capable of standing for long durations and lifting items up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented, able to keep precise production records
• Effective team player
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not mandatory
