As a Production Team Member in Production Control, you will help support the manufacture and timely delivery of high-quality parts in a just-in-time setting. The role offers a path for learning, growth, and long-term development in the automotive sector.
Compensation and benefits
- Starting pay is $21.63 per hour.
- Overtime is paid after 40 hours in a week.
- Performance-based bonuses are available.
- Shift premium for afternoons ranges from $0.40 to $0.65 per hour; night shift premium is $1.00 per hour.
- Paid time off includes up to 10 days plus 5 float days at the start, increasing to 15 days plus 5 float days in the first full year.
- Coverage begins on day one and includes 90% medical, 80% dental, and a range of paramedical benefits with a $500 per service cap.
- Uniforms are provided along with a yearly allowance and a yearly safety boot allowance.

Work schedule and environment
This position is scheduled on a straight afternoon shift from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Shift changes may be required depending on production needs. The plant is described as clean, organized, and climate controlled.
Responsibilities
You will handle production control tasks that help keep materials and work flowing smoothly through the plant.
- Build skids using kanban and scanning systems.
- Load and sort returnable containers.
- Operate material-handling equipment such as lift trucks.
- Keep the work area in strong 5S condition.
- Carry out all work in line with health and safety rules.
- Maintain a positive workplace atmosphere and support the company quality policy, goals, objectives, and success.
- Follow work instructions carefully.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, or you must successfully complete an aptitude test.
- You should be physically able to bend, reach, lift, and perform other job-related physical tasks.
