About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled Production Supervisor with hands-on CNC Milling experience to join a manufacturing team based in the Charlotte, NC area. This position focuses on leading and supporting production activities in a dynamic machining and assembly setting, ensuring both quality and efficiency targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide daily production operations while prioritizing safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coach production staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Oversee production schedules, workflow, and operational performance metrics to meet targets.
• Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting for CNC machining processes.
• Work closely with engineering, quality control, and operations teams to address and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all procedural documentation and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong, proven expertise in CNC Milling operations.
• Knowledgeable of CNC machining workflows, tooling, and related production techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Solid experience in leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $30 to $37 per hour. This opportunity is ideal for CNC professionals aspiring to advance into leadership roles within a flourishing manufacturing company. The employment type is full-time and onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina.
