We are seeking a Production Supervisor specialized in branding projects to join our team in Delhi-NCR. This role involves overseeing the production of branding and signage assignments, ensuring quality standards, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes for branding and signage initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, printing, and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor the quality of output and uphold company standards.
• Organize daily production plans and efficiently allocate workforce.
• Guarantee on-time delivery of branding materials according to project timelines.
• Manage communication and coordination with vendors and suppliers for necessary resources.
• Keep detailed production records and generate daily progress updates.
• Ensure optimal materials usage to reduce waste.
• Adhere to safety practices and maintain discipline among the production team.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or diploma holder in a relevant discipline.
• Prior experience supervising production in branding, signage, printing, advertising, or related sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective team management capabilities.
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Email.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
