Role overview
DAZN is looking for a Production Resources Assistant to support the administrative and organisational side of sports production for the DACH market. Based in Munich, this position plays a key part in making sure production resources are planned, tracked and ready for smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
The role suits someone who is highly organised, adaptable and keen to build experience in coordination and administration within a fast-moving production environment. You will help ensure that staffing, equipment, invoicing and resource usage are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key duties
- Provide day-to-day support to the Production Resources team across preparation, planning, monitoring and reporting tasks linked to production resources.
- Coordinate roster planning for DAZN freelancers and interns.
- Support freelancer management through onboarding, invoicing, operational planning, contact handling and general communication.
- Handle purchase orders throughout the full process.
- Track cross-functional topics and maintain close communication with other departments.
- Assist with cost tracking, including updates and monitoring, and process invoices and purchase orders for freelancers.
- Keep sensitive files updated and accurate at all times.
- Support the Senior Production Manager (Resources) in daily activities.
What the role requires
- Strong administrative capability, including the discretion needed when working with confidential freelancer information.
- Confidence working with numbers and large data sets.
- Flexibility to move between different tasks and support several team members as needed.
- Very strong organisational, planning and detail-checking skills to maintain accuracy.
- Fluency in German and good English communication skills for interaction with international freelancers and global teams.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams.
- Experience or comfort with structured filing systems and database management.
- Willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow within the role.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a positive, supportive team.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence reaching out to colleagues in other departments or to freelancers.
- Good workload management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive, self-driven working style.
