Job description

Role Overview

DAZN is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the rapid expansion of its North American business. The company is a global sports streaming platform available in more than 200 countries and is focused on scaling teams across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Editorial. This position is a hands-on recruiting leadership role where you will manage hiring end to end, work with a high degree of ownership, and help shape the candidate journey in a fast-moving environment.

As a key representative of the talent team, you will work closely with collaborative stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador for the business. The role calls for someone who can work proactively, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to attract talent while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates. You will also build strong partnerships with specialist teams and become a trusted subject matter expert in recruitment for your areas.

The role is primarily based on site in New York, and the salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run inventive hiring strategies, using both internal and external sourcing methods to increase direct hires.
  • Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, offering guidance on best practices.
  • Help managers shape clear, compelling, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements that attract a wide range of candidates.
  • Source and approach candidates proactively through media and digital platforms.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Schedule interviews and manage feedback discussions.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior recruitment experience gained either in-house or through an agency, with direct interaction with hiring managers and/or internal stakeholders.
  • Background in hiring for Commercial, Marketing, or Content roles.
  • Strong focus on candidates and a track record of delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
  • Ability to build hiring approaches in a fast-paced, international, and changing business environment.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and in using creative techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Exposure to sports broadcasting is a strong advantage, while genuine interest in sport is essential.
