Position overview
The Production & Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day flow of production and project execution, including installation planning, manpower coordination, material readiness, and follow-up on operational tasks. The purpose of the role is to keep projects moving on schedule and in line with company quality expectations.
This position serves as the main coordination point between sales, design, production, procurement, warehouse, and installation functions.
Core responsibilities
Production planning and workshop coordination, monitoring project progress, keeping deadlines on track, and ensuring all inputs are in place before work begins.
Operational follow-up from work order through final handover, including timeline control, milestone tracking, internal coordination, and prompt resolution of issues.
Installation and site support through schedule coordination, manpower planning, material and tool readiness checks, and quality follow-up with site teams.
Project tracking, reporting, and escalation of risks, delays, shortages, and unresolved items through daily and weekly status updates.
Resource and workforce planning across projects, including attendance monitoring, manpower distribution, and overtime coordination when required.
Cross-functional coordination with sales, design, procurement, warehouse, production, and installation teams to keep all departments aligned on requirements and execution.
Performance expectations
The role is measured by timely production completion, low production delays, reduced rework, on-schedule project delivery, quick resolution of operational issues, on-time installation completion, strong site issue turnaround, accurate project tracking, and timely reporting.
Qualifications and profile
Applicants should have experience in production coordination, operations coordination, project coordination, signage, branding, printing, events, fit-out, manufacturing, or similar industries. Strong organization, planning, communication, coordination, and multitasking ability are important.
Working knowledge of Excel and project tracking tools is required. Prior Qatar experience is preferred.

Reporting and employment details
This role reports to the General Manager or Operations Manager. It is based in Doha, Qatar and offered as a full-time onsite position.
A probation period of up to 6 months applies, subject to Qatar Labor Law. The offered salary range is QAR 5,000 to QAR 7,000.
