About the company
GOOD BANK is a fast-growing German food brand known for creating ready-to-eat bowls and snacks with hydroponically grown vegetables and herbs. As the business expands, the team is looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of the production site and day-to-day operations.
The company supplies several major food retail and delivery names, including Edeka, Rewe, Chefs Culinar, ODA, Gorillas, and Getir, reflecting a strong focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Role overview
In this position, you will lead certified production activities, keep operations running efficiently, safeguard quality standards, and work with different teams to support growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage production operations certified under IFS Global Markets Food and ensure workflows stay efficient and reliable.
- Handle quality assurance and quality control while meeting all required regulatory standards, in close partnership with the internal QM team.
- Coordinate with management, sales, and other departments to achieve production targets and support business expansion.
- Guide, support, and develop a growing team while building a constructive and productive workplace culture.
- Continuously improve production methods and introduce practical, innovative ways to make operations better.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership position, ideally within manufacturing or the food sector.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing scaling businesses and production workflows.
- Strong people-management skills, including team leadership and team development.
- Good problem-solving ability and the confidence to stay calm in demanding situations.
- A proactive, driven approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- English skills are required; German is an advantage.
