Production Graphic Designer - 6 Month Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused Production Graphic Designer for a 6-month contract position based in Boston, MA. This hybrid role requires working onsite three days per week and is suited for candidates experienced in developing digital marketing materials within a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and modify digital marketing items including emails, website elements, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Ensure consistency and precision while adhering to established brand standards.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and meet all deadlines.
• Coordinate creative approvals, monitor project timelines, and prepare final deliverables for asset management.
• Work collaboratively with creative teams, marketing staff, and project managers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic or production design.
• Proficient in Figma (mandatory) and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience crafting digital assets.
• Previous roles in brand environments, agencies, or in-house creative teams preferred.
• Familiar with project management software such as Asana or similar tools is advantageous.
• Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the capability to perform well under deadlines.
