This senior role leads large-scale, strategically critical event programs globally, combining expert production knowledge, commercial insight, strong client relations, and the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams. Located remotely in the US (preferably Central or East Coast), you will manage high-profile events from concept through flawless execution while advancing agency production standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic production approach for major global events and integrated initiatives.
- Critically evaluate client briefs to improve audience engagement, attendee experiences, and event impact.
- Develop enduring strategic partnerships with senior client leaders as a trusted production advisor.
- Convert creative concepts into feasible production plans aligned with budgets and business goals.
- Promote production quality and continuous enhancement agency-wide.
- Lead multiple complex live event programs through planning and on-site execution ensuring superior quality.
- Manage project governance, scheduling, documentation, and standards compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Project Directors, Creative, and Technical teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and financial success criteria.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain delivery excellence.
- Lead on-site execution by directing clients, suppliers, venues, and project teams effectively.
- Serve as the senior production contact on assigned programs, nurturing executive-level client trust.
- Offer strategic counsel and manage client communications professionally throughout project lifecycles.
- Support revenue growth through client retention and upselling.
- Oversee complex project budgets, monitor financial performance, negotiate supplier contracts to optimize value without sacrificing quality.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in production, creative, technical, and operations functions.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding to strengthen production capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that embraces Nteractive's values and commitment to production excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing large-scale live events within agency or corporate settings.
- Proven track record leading multifaceted global programs involving multiple workstreams.
- Strong client relationship and consultancy expertise with executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep commercial understanding, managing significant event budgets successfully.
- Experience overseeing multidisciplinary production teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of creative and technical production, content creation, and event strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident influencing of senior clients and effective problem-solving under pressure.
- Collaborative leadership style with dedication to mentoring and fostering talent.
Additional Details
- Remote position based in Central or Eastern United States.
- International travel required approximately 30% of the time.
- Flexibility to operate across global time zones as necessary.
- Appropriate home office setup with minimum broadband speeds of 25Mbps download and 2Mbps upload.
