About the company
Founded in 2004 in a garage out of a passion for skateboarding, the business has grown from a small online skate shop into a leading European destination for skateboarders. It has been built by skaters, for skaters, from the very beginning.
Role overview
This position supports the production design process by preparing technical documents, refining artwork for manufacturing, and maintaining clear production data. The role works closely with the design and production teams to keep materials accurate, consistent, and ready for use in production.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain spec sheets and production documents based on design templates.
- Produce and label technical drawings.
- Prepare artwork for manufacturing, including graphics, prints, and related details, primarily in Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain and update color specifications and material details.
- Contribute to improving and standardizing production documentation.
- Coordinate closely with internal design and production teams.
Qualifications
- Confident use of Adobe Illustrator.
- Completed vocational training or a degree in garment technology, fashion design, or design engineering; applicants changing careers with textile industry experience are also welcome.
- Careful, exact working style, combined with reliability and solution-oriented thinking.
- Interest in streetwear, skateboarding, or the lifestyle around it is a strong advantage; enthusiasm for clothing and how it is made is essential.
- Good English skills.
