Product Specialist - Emergency Medicine

Role overview

This position sits within Teleflex’s Vascular and Emergency Medicine business and is focused on supporting growth for the Emergency Medicine division in Saudi Arabia, with possible scope across additional Middle Eastern markets. The role is based in Jeddah and reports to the Country Sales Manager in Riyadh.

The purpose of the job is to strengthen product adoption and revenue growth by delivering training, customer support, and technical product guidance to distributors and end users. It offers a high level of independence and responsibility within a commercial team.

What you will do

• Support distributors and customers with day-to-day product training and sales assistance.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical explanations both online and face-to-face.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Medical Affairs to plan and run regular training activities.
• Help identify clinical and medical education opportunities for key customers in coordination with Clinical Medical Affairs referrals.
• Build confidence in product use by promoting correct application, customer understanding, and awareness of clinical value.
• Contribute to commercial plans that drive awareness and uptake of Teleflex Emergency Medicine products across the country or region.
• Partner with the Country Sales Manager to focus on priority accounts and work closely with local distributors.
• Improve operational efficiency and support the execution of business strategy.
• Attend important customer meetings and conferences.
• Help develop and maintain a network of key opinion leaders.
• Take on broader responsibility for new account development across Saudi Arabia as the customer base and product knowledge grow.

Experience and background

The role is best suited to someone with prior experience as a Product Specialist, especially in medical devices used in surgery. Experience with emergency medicine equipment will also be considered.

A degree in life sciences, engineering, or a business-related field is required at minimum.
