Product Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist for Paediatric Seating Solutions, based full-time on-site in Singapore (Vertex, 33 Ubi Ave 3). This role entails managing and executing children's seating and mobility projects from the initial inquiry to after-delivery support, with a focus on hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate will engage collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide specialized seating, mobility, and rehabilitation solutions tailored to each child's needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to transport, deliver, and collect paediatric mobility and rehabilitation equipment.
• Assist in delivering, installing, and making preliminary adjustments to equipment at hospitals, schools, therapy centers, and home environments.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other clients.
• Acquire knowledge on the functions and features of various paediatric seating, mobility, and rehabilitation products.
• Educate clients on product usage following comprehensive training.
• Support basic assembly, adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist in product trials, fittings, and demonstrations as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is handled with care and arrives in excellent condition.
• Perform other operational and product-related responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 3A Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum educational attainment of N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Comfortable and confident with commuting throughout Singapore as part of daily duties.
• Effective communication skills suitable for interacting with diverse clients including caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Eagerness to learn about paediatric seating, mobility, and rehabilitation products.
• Demonstrates responsibility, patience, and readiness for hands-on work.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs and their families.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Basic proficiency with hand tools is beneficial.
• Experience with simple repairs, product assembly, technical work, or handyman tasks is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare, rehabilitation equipment, medical devices, logistics, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
