Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage regularly and proactively with all product stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Communicate product insights and progress across the entire organization to create shared understanding and excitement.
- Define and track success metrics aligned with product goals to measure outcomes effectively.
- Convert business requirements into clear user stories that inspire and guide development teams towards delivering impactful solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in startup environments or a background as a Business Analyst is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of relevant Product Ownership or related experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage business users.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to fulfilling responsibilities.
- Adept at collaborating within cross-functional teams and managing ambiguous priorities.
