About the Role
Within the Shop Platform department, we develop and maintain an extensive service ecosystem for our webshop, aiming to deliver an outstanding customer journey - from product search through configuration to ordering. You will play a key role in advancing our FLYERALARM configurator as a Product Owner, working closely with software development teams to prioritize tasks and drive implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile team to realize the product vision for the configurator, keeping critical paths in view.
- Design innovative frontend and backend features focusing on added value and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with UX experts to create compelling user experiences.
- Maintain regular communication with business units and product management to consolidate requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature definitions ensuring structured oversight.
Requirements
- Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, eCommerce, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner in agile projects within IT or eCommerce environments.
- Ability to confidently navigate between management, IT, and business departments, handling stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with genuine curiosity for technical interrelations.
