Role Overview

As a Product Owner at Veel, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring outcomes that add value to customers. You will partner closely with teams from Design, Engineering, AI, and Business to define product requirements, prioritize the development roadmap, and launch impactful features. This role demands strong product acumen, data-informed decision-making, and excellent cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with both business objectives and customer needs.
• Craft clear product requirements, define user stories, and set acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, AI, and Business teams throughout product development cycles.
• Evaluate and rank features based on customer feedback, analytics, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Track product metrics and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitor analysis to guide product decisions.
• Advocate for a customer-centric mindset while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role, ideally within a SaaS or product-driven company.
• Solid knowledge of Agile practices and proficiency in backlog management.
• Experience in writing user stories, defining precise product requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills bridging technical and non-technical groups.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Autonomous and proactive in tackling complex challenges and delivering measurable results.
