Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams with software developers and UI/UX specialists to devise implementation concepts for software solutions.
• Shape development strategies and product visions for complex custom software alongside your team and clients.
• Design and conduct workshops focused on requirements engineering with various stakeholders.
• Write and maintain user stories in the product backlog as part of requirements management.
• Monitor project progress and team capacity and communicate updates accordingly.
• Embrace agile methodologies actively by participating in daily scrums, client reviews, retrospectives, supported by Agile Coaches.

Candidate Profile

• Academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; business studies are a plus.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to multiple client domains.
• Effective communication skills to present complex information clearly and appropriately across verbal, written, and visual formats.
• Strong organizational abilities to contribute efficiently in project settings.
• Confidence and passion to advocate your ideas while maintaining a respectful tone.
• Commitment to an agile work culture and openness to its mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level) enabling smooth communication within teams and with partners.

Compensation

The gross annual salary ranges from 64,000 to 86,000 EUR, determined by qualifications and experience within a transparent pay framework.
