Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams with software developers and UI/UX specialists to devise implementation concepts for software solutions.
- Shape development strategies and product visions for complex custom software alongside your team and clients.
- Design and conduct workshops focused on requirements engineering with various stakeholders.
- Write and maintain user stories in the product backlog as part of requirements management.
- Monitor project progress and team capacity and communicate updates accordingly.
- Embrace agile methodologies actively by participating in daily scrums, client reviews, retrospectives, supported by Agile Coaches.
Candidate Profile
- Academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; business studies are a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to multiple client domains.
- Effective communication skills to present complex information clearly and appropriately across verbal, written, and visual formats.
- Strong organizational abilities to contribute efficiently in project settings.
- Confidence and passion to advocate your ideas while maintaining a respectful tone.
- Commitment to an agile work culture and openness to its mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level) enabling smooth communication within teams and with partners.

Compensation
