Role Overview and Responsibilities
We seek a data-oriented Product Manager to spearhead product development initiatives on our platform. This individual will take full ownership of product lifecycle activities and work in a fast-moving environment to generate significant business outcomes.
- Lead the complete product cycle from initial discovery through final delivery.
- Define detailed product requirements, compose concise user stories, and efficiently manage the product backlog using tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing to drive alignment.
- Utilize data analysis and user behavior insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- Design, refine, and continuously enhance product workflows and customer journeys.
- Implement experiments such as A/B testing to validate assumptions and enhance product performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and overall product impact metrics.
- Spot operational and product deficiencies and recommend scalable, effective solutions.
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations across teams to ensure coherent progress.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in product management roles.
- A strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on practice with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Skilled at crafting clear user stories and managing backlogs proficiently.
- Experience in designing and conducting A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
- A solid grasp of KPIs, user funnels, and metrics to gauge product effectiveness.
- Proficient in designing workflows and optimizing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Miro or equivalents.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Background working with e-commerce or online marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or internal business tools.
- Experience operating within cross-functional and operations-intensive settings.
