Job description

About the Role

The Singpass team powers secure, trusted digital transactions for citizens, residents, and businesses across Singapore. This role sits within the Product Operations function, which bridges product, user experience, partner experience, and execution. The team helps product groups move faster and make better decisions by tightening processes, improving feedback channels, and creating systems that can scale.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will help make sure products are launch-ready, guided by insights, and steadily improved over time. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and frontline teams to turn user needs into practical actions and scalable improvements.

This opportunity suits someone who is comfortable in uncertain environments, enjoys linking information across teams, and is driven by making product development and delivery more effective.

Product Delivery and Operational Readiness

  • Work with cross-functional partners to confirm that products and features are ready for launch from an operational standpoint.
  • Help shape rollout plans, internal readiness efforts, and post-launch tracking.
  • Spot risks and missing pieces early so delivery runs smoothly.

Insights and Feedback Loops

  • Create and maintain structured feedback channels across user, partner, and system touchpoints.
  • Combine information from support cases, behavioural signals, user feedback, system logs, monitoring data, and operational metrics.
  • Turn findings into clear recommendations that help guide product decisions.

Process and Workflow Optimisation

  • Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and cut down manual work.
  • Bring consistency across teams by standardising processes.
  • Look for opportunities to automate tasks and improve operations.

Data and Visibility

  • Set and monitor important operational and product measures, including reliability and system performance indicators.
  • Create dashboards and reporting structures that support better decisions.
  • Give teams clearer visibility into performance trends, usage patterns, and user behaviour.

Knowledge and Enablement

  • Build and keep up-to-date documentation, playbooks, and training resources.
  • Ensure internal teams are equipped to support product features effectively.
  • Help create alignment and clarity across stakeholders.

Experimentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Support pilots and tests for new processes, tools, or features.
  • Review results and scale the initiatives that show strong outcomes.
  • Encourage an ongoing culture of iteration and improvement.

Who You Are

  • You approach messy problems in a structured way and can create clarity where things are uncertain.
  • You are comfortable collaborating across different teams and viewpoints.
  • You can connect operational detail to broader product and user impact.
  • You use data to inform decisions and know how to ask effective questions.
  • You communicate well with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Operations, CX, or a similar role in a product or technology setting.
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Design, and/or Operations teams.
  • Comfort with data-driven work, including dashboards, reporting tools, or basic querying such as SQL.
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deliver independently.
  • Experience using operational systems such as CRM or ticketing tools, including Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and explain technical ideas clearly.
  • Comfort using operational data such as logs, metrics, and system signals to investigate issues and support problem-solving.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting products at scale.
  • Nice to have: exposure to operational tools, CRM platforms, or workflow automation.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with observability or monitoring tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
  • Nice to have: experience in the public sector or in user-focused product environments.
