Role Overview

The Money Confidence Project is seeking an analytically skilled and highly organized Product Operations Manager to join the Apps & Games team. This individual will drive operations for the product suite by managing analytics, partner reporting, App Store optimization, and various operational functions across the apps and games portfolio.

Key Duties

  • Oversee operational workflows to enhance efficiency across MCP's digital products, supporting product launches, roadmap execution, quality assurance, and cross-department initiatives.
  • Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and customer insights to find areas for product and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and projects.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics including product use, user engagement, customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and partner KPIs.
  • Interpret data trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Produce executive presentations, business reviews, quarterly and annual customer summaries, case studies, white papers, financial education resources, toolkits, and other materials illustrating program impact.
  • Track sponsor KPIs and contractual reporting requirements while assisting with stakeholder communication and follow-ups.
  • Create engaging charts, dashboards, and visualizations supporting customer success and business growth efforts.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the Groove website to provide an outstanding B2B customer experience, managing content, analyzing user behavior, and implementing enhancements.
  • Direct App Store Optimization for MCP mobile apps, focusing on keywords, competitor analysis, app performance, and growth tactics.
  • Support product launches, user acquisition campaigns, and optimization efforts in partnership with Marketing.
  • Manage event coordination for gaming tournaments, trade shows, branded events, and activations promoting MCP, Groove, and Venture Valley, overseeing budgeting, logistics, vendor relations, and post-event analyses.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to create event materials, branded experiences, sponsor activations, presentations, and performance reports post-events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Product Management, Information Systems, or closely related discipline.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analytics, Customer Success, SaaS Operations, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and business analytics platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to distill complex data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, trade shows, and team events.

Preferred Attributes

  • MBA or other advanced business qualifications.
  • Experience with SaaS products and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and app analytics.
  • Background supporting B2B partnerships, sponsorship programs, or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, or equivalents.
