About the role

Responsibilities

• Review product output and customer-facing deliverables to confirm quality standards are met.
• Check new features and product updates before they are released.
• Monitor engineering progress and help ensure tasks stay on track.
• Spot defects, process gaps, and operational risks early.
• Support ongoing improvements across product and engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure in operations, software development, product management, or quality assurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup setting.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is an added advantage.
