Overview
This opportunity is being represented on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The role is open to candidates based in the United States.
The position blends product strategy, market storytelling, and go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on enterprise technology offerings. You will help define how complex hybrid cloud and AI-enabled solutions are positioned in the marketplace, working closely with product, sales, and campaign stakeholders. A key part of the role is converting technical capabilities into clear business value, supporting launches, creating marketing assets, and equipping sales teams with the materials they need to close deals. You will also help shape customer engagement efforts by turning customer wins and success stories into persuasive content. This is a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where your messaging will directly affect adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft concise, persuasive positioning and messaging that communicates the value of products to enterprise audiences.
- Assist with go-to-market delivery for launches, product updates, and ongoing portfolio initiatives.
- Produce marketing deliverables such as solution briefs, blog posts, case studies, presentations, and digital creative.
- Partner with demand generation and campaign teams to develop integrated campaigns and supporting assets.
- Prepare sales-enablement content, including battle cards, training materials, and objection-handling tools.
- Work with customer success teams to identify, develop, and package customer stories and advocacy materials.
- Review customer feedback and market intelligence to sharpen messaging and help inform product decisions.
- Coordinate across functions to keep product direction, marketing activity, and sales priorities aligned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or another relevant technical or business discipline.
- Two to five years of product marketing experience, preferably in technology or enterprise software settings.
- Solid knowledge of go-to-market planning, message development, and product lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to work across product, sales, and marketing teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong writing and visual communication skills with the ability to tailor content for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Well-developed organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle several priorities independently.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills, including confidence working with senior audiences.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to convert market and customer insights into practical messaging improvements.
- Exposure to hybrid IT, cloud, or AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage.
- Experience using AI tools or agentic AI in marketing workflows is helpful.
