About the Role
Join Google as a Product Marketing Manager for Google Play based in Singapore, where you will spearhead regional growth efforts focused on multiplatform expansion targeting PC gaming audiences and cultivating engagement within gaming communities in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. You will be a critical contributor in shaping product marketing strategies across the entire lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from Sales to Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of regional market trends, gaming ecosystems, and cross-platform dynamics to generate actionable insights that direct Google Play's product and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement a scalable evergreen social content playbook tailored for local markets, ensuring culturally appropriate campaigns that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
- Lead the formulation and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiplatform and social media marketing programs, evaluating campaign impacts and applying data-driven improvements to optimize investment returns.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Have at least four years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand management in sectors such as technology, consumer internet, or gaming.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the gaming industry, including mobile and cross-platform trends, community dynamics, and evolving platforms.
- Show proven capability in handling ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and influencing diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
- Exhibit strong analytical acumen to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic marketing actions.
- Display proactive interest in AI developments with experience creating and deploying AI-driven solutions to automate processes and enhance marketing effectiveness.
