- Act as the primary owner of launch quality, timing, and consistency across marketing, sales, and customer interfaces.
- Lead growth projects targeting acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention to enhance revenue, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to form growth hypotheses, prioritize actions, and ensure initiative execution.
- Analyze and report on growth initiatives' performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Coordinate marketing channels to maintain alignment in plans, impactful storytelling, and sales readiness.
- Serve as a senior leader across functions without direct authority, driving alignment, transparency, and momentum.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience, preferably with subscription models or connected hardware products.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies that yield quantifiable business outcomes.
- Extensive expertise in shaping customer-facing positioning and messaging grounded in research and insights.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on measuring effectiveness and enabling continuous improvement.
- Exceptional influencing skills coupled with teamwork across varying organizational levels.
- Clear and compelling communication skills, adept at storytelling to galvanize teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively fostering clarity and progress.
- Curious and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to add value to customers and the business.
Compensation and Benefits
This role is based in Toronto, Ontario with a target salary range of CAD 150,000 to 190,000, adjustable based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. The position includes eligibility for variable compensation such as short-term and long-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision coverage, life and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, ten paid holidays (Ontario), and RRSP retirement options.
